WiFi setup (Internet)

Instructions are provided with each unit. WiFi is not needed unless load sharing or remote control/reporting is required.


Please follow the following steps to connect (the easy way):

  1. Make sure the JuiceBox is within WiFi range (use your mobile and scan for the Access Point (AP)) - obtain the SSID and passcode from the local IT Support or staff/ISP or look on the bottom of the WiFi unt
  2. Turn the JuiceBox on and scan for a WiFi connection called JUICE-XXX using a notebook or smartphone with WiFi capability. Join the JuiceBox/JuiceCord Access Point and enter the passcode “GoElectric” (make sure the antenna in the box is screwed onto the gold connector)
  3. Open a browser (Notebook or smartphone using the JUICE-XXX connection in step 2) and enter “setup.com
  4. Choose the SSID from step 1 and enter the passcode.  The JuiceBox will join the Internet
  5. Then download the EVJuiceNet application from the Apple Store / Google Play or create an account here.
